Osvaldo Coutinho

Osvaldo Coutinho is the Senior Project Manager at CESO Development Consultants and a partner in the EU-funded LCBA Canada project. Working closely with the project team, Osvaldo plays an active role in project implementation and in promoting fruitful cooperation. With over fifteen years of experience and a strong background in project management, he contributes to the project’s implementation structure, mainly by enhancing communication and managing functions related to Business Planning Technical Assistance and Deep Dive Technical Assistance.
